We use poly lumber, a premium recycled plastic material designed to withstand all weather conditions. Unlike wood, it does not crack, fade, splinter, or require refinishing. It’s environmentally friendly, low-maintenance, and built to last for decades.

3. Can I customize the color of my furniture?

Yes! We offer one of the widest selections of colors and two-tone combinations available. Using our OPTIS Product Options app, you can preview and select the perfect color scheme for your furniture.

4. Do you offer a woodgrain finish?

Yes, we offer a unique woodgrain texture that gives you the look of natural wood with the strength and low maintenance of poly lumber—something most competitors don’t provide.

5. How do I clean and maintain my furniture?

Our furniture is virtually maintenance-free. Simply clean it with mild soap and water or a gentle household cleaner. No staining, painting, or refinishing is ever required.

6. How long will my furniture last?

Dutch Country Patio furniture is built to last for decades. The poly lumber material resists fading, cracking, and warping, even in harsh climates. Many of our customers enjoy their furniture for 20+ years.

7. Do you offer warranties?

8. How is shipping handled?

We offer nationwide shipping across the USA. Orders are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. Larger furniture may arrive partially assembled, with easy instructions included.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

10. What is your return policy?

Since each piece is custom-built, returns are limited. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right with a replacement or repair. Please see our full Return Policy for details.

11. How long does it take to receive my order?

Because every piece is handcrafted, please allow 6–10 weeks for delivery depending on order size and customization. You will receive tracking and delivery updates once your order is on its way.

12. Can I see the furniture before buying?
